Family

Jeremiah and his wife Erin have been happily married for 15 years. He is the proud father of 4 and his family is very important to him. He enjoys taking part in all his children’s sporting events and together they enjoy outdoor family activities as well as exploring new places.

Team building and training are not only important aspects of Jeremiah’s career but helping others grow in their careers always brings him a tremendous amount of satisfaction.

Team-building initiative integrates the core principles from the books; The Ideal Team Player, Crucial Conversations, and Crucial Accountability to develop essential skills that enhance communication, foster accountability, and build trust. By equipping teams with these tools, the program aims to align individuals toward a shared vision, ultimately empowering them to achieve collective goals and strengthen teamwork.
Together effective teamwork and listening skills are built on clear, consistent communication, which can drive remarkable results. Success is achieved when leaders align on goals and possess both the courage and ability to set clear expectations for their teams.
